Yes. 

All records are securely stored in the cloud and backed by data protection protocols. Your vehicle information is private and only accessible by you (or by a new owner if you choose to transfer your vehicle's story).

Some entries in your vehicle's story may be marked as Verified by MotifyMe™, which confirms that documentation has been submitted to support the record (e.g. an invoice or MOT certificate). 

We do not currently verify these documents directly with third parties.

Absolutely. Each MotifyMe™ vehicle story is fully transferable. When you sell your vehicle, you can choose to hand over the vehicle's story to the new owner - helping preserve trust and resale value.

MotifyMe™ currently operates only within the UK, with ambitious plans to expand internationally in the future.

No.

MotifyMe™ is a fully digital product. Your vehicle's story and all associated records live in the cloud. You can creat and export a professional PDF version of your vehicle's story at any time. 

We do not offer refunds on the one-tome setup fee (£49.99+VAT), as this covers the immediate setup and creation of your vehicle's story.

However, you are free to cancel your monthly subscription at any time. 

Once cancelled:

• No further payment will be taken
• You will have 30 days to access and download your logbook data
• After 30 days, your records will be permanently deleted from our system

We recommend exporting your vehicle's story as a PDF before cancelling to retain a copy.
